The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
The Quality Manager is required to liaise closely with other discipline managers and work closely with the project Support and execution teams. This will ensure the proper Quality support required for E / I / EEHA for execution / turnover / completions / commissioning is ready to assist.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for:
o Establish the organization capability necessary to support an electrical and Instrument Inspections across all areas of construction and fabrication.
o Work closely with the Senior Site Quality Manager, the Global DS Quality Manager, the IM / DCC of the project, for assurance of a seamless transition and turnover to Operations.
o Assist other areas as required to assist in system issues, NCR resolution / investigation, MoC oversight and assist in the Quality reporting structure.

Key Job Responsibilities:

30%
Oversight by Inspection and surveillance the effective implementation and utilization of the project Quality Management System as it relates to E / I / EEHA. The system currently approved and utilized is the joint venture Project Quality Plan at the construction site.

35%
Individual will have specific responsibilities to supervise the monitoring and appraisal of E / I / EEHA construction /fabrication work in all areas designated with applicable discipline to ensure compliance with Project specifications and AS codes.

10%
Promote safety awareness (IIF) and safe performance example among project team members and all contractor personnel. This would include participation in IIF training at site and fabrication yards.

5%
Manage Project required QC services and verify the inspection of the project deliverables consistent with approved specifications, criticality assessments, contractual and regulatory obligations.

5%
Maintain interface with the Completions / commissioning Group relating to ITRs for signature.

5%
Maintain interface with the EEHA Support group in Perth ensuring project EEHA plans, programs and procedures are in place and implemented as per the EEHA execution plan.

10%
Support the requirements of verifying Company ITRs in regards for implementation of a seamless Turnover and completions leading to handover.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The successful candidate shall have a University degree in science or equal, specific QC skill set, 10-15 years in oil and gas with valid WA electricians certificate. Ability to trouble shoot and do investigative analysis as required. The ability to train and mentor personnel in all electrical skill set is also required.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
This role is part of the Downstream Organization and the role will require strong communication, very diverse Quality Assurance / Quality Control and project execution experience. Demonstrated leadership in Quality systems, specific discipline I & E & EEHA support for construction and completions requirements are required to support the execution and planning of these activities.
