The Role:
Fircroft are seeking a quality Manager for a long term contract within Kazakhstan

Rotation: 6x2
Accommodation/Flights/food/location transport: Provided
Day Rate: TBC

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the day to day quality activities associated with the Project
Plan and schedule all quality inspections/tests
Report to the PM and the client on quality issues
Development and implementation of quality procedures
Carrying out regular project quality audits and generating/controlling Non Conformance Reports(NCR)
Ensuring all quality test instruments are within calibration date
Closing out client generated NCRs
Initiate and control quality ITPs(Inspection and Test Plans)
Controlling Quality of Sub-Contractor executed work
Ensuring all contractual requirements relating to quality are fully implemented
Liaising with 3rd part inspection companies as and when required
Coordinating all Factory Inspection Tests(FAT)

Candidate Profile
Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, preferably with post graduate Quality Management Diploma
Minimum 10 years post qualification experience
Previous experience with an International Contractor
Should have 5 years + experience as a Quality Manager in a multi-disciplined engineering project
Knowledge of GOST/SNIP codes would be an added advantage
Overseas or TCO experience essential.
Must be computer literate as appropriate to the role.(MS Office suite including MS Project)
Language requirements-fluent English(Russian would be an added advantage)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, preferably with post graduate Quality Management Diploma
Minimum 10 years post qualification experience
