The Company:

The Role:
•Liaise with Supplier, Customer and Third Party QS representatives in pursuance of and compliance with contractual obligations.
•Document and manage witness and hold program for selected suppliers.
•Responsible for performing the quality surveillance activities in accordance with the requirements at supplier
•Release of material from supplier (that include MRB sign off)
•Ensure that everything is approved prior to inspection
•Make and log inspection reports
•Communicate deviation to Responsible Buyer and other relevant personnel
•Create QS NCR if non-conformity is found at supplier site
•Perform field expediting activities where necessary
•Provide guidance, general support and awareness training to TPI Inspectors and others in the operation
•Assist in the maintenance and revision, as required, of processes and procedures.
•Provision and development of periodic reports on vendor performance indicators and trends
•Provision of direction, guidance, support and development of a Quality culture within the supplier base.
•Develop and nurture relationships within the supply base.
•As necessary, perform other duties, requiring essentially the same level of skill & responsibility when required.
•To support any new Quality Initiatives as required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
HNC/HND or equivalent in engineering discipline or equivalent Lead Auditor
Demonstrable relevant experience of working in a QA department and/or Quality Surveillance capacity, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
A recognised Quality Assurance or Quality Management qualification
Formal training in the ISO 9001 Standard
Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Working knowledge in SAP
