The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Primarily this position is to initiate quality and the business excellence training programme deployment to the supplier base. Project Managing the activities, stakeholder and working in close liaison with key suppliers to pilot the new programme. Training Co-ordination;To project manage new training programmes through design, development, pilot launch and full deployment. To work with partners, subject matter experts, consultants, both internally and externally to deliver exciting and insightful training solutions. To create project plans, training budgets, and liaise with the customers (recipients of the training), stakeholders and senior managers to launch. To plan, schedule, book, arrange and facilitate, To manage training evaluation and feedback, with improvement actions and development plans. Training Lead Instructor. To deliver training courses from the Practices for Business Excellence module list, as the lead instructor (early opportunity to co-teach with our current lead instructors will be available).

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead a complex, cross-functional and multi-company project. Experience of training coordination and instructor skills are essential. The successful candidate will be a talented and experienced quality professional, with a great all-round knowledge of the various aspects and subjects associated with quality. A confident and independent personality will lead activities across the business and with suppliers and business partners and develop their own networking to develop new opportunities. Teaching / training experience is essential. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a history of outstanding professional project management.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Originality, inventiveness, design and creativity required, to create inspiring and innovative training solutions. Confidence, self-motivation, assertiveness and flexibility of approach are important to engage our different clients. Great all round Microsoft tools / I.T. abilities (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.). Optional: basic M.S. SharePoint knowledge, to user level advantageous, for working on the Best Practice Hub, but not essential. Optional: knowledge of e-learning development suite of software tools would be advantageous but not essential. Willingness to work across all sites and supplier / partner locations. Preferably degree qualified in relevant subject.
