The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Delivering training programmes for:
1 New Staff Hires (Quality Development Programme)
2 Graduate Quality development
3 Practices for Business Excellence Level 2 Deliver level 2 Foundation Programmes in line with the following Practices i.e.
> Driving Business Excellence
> Gain Customer Insight
> Process Ownership
> Making Decisions with Data
> Failure Mode Avoidance
> Driving Improvement
> Problem Solving

Administration of training
1. Scheduling
2. Pre-course material preparation
3. Post training support
4. Post course admin
5. Post course deliverables management
Management Reporting
1. Planning
2. ROI Feedbackuality Training Instructor

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The person should have: A broad knowledge and experience of Quality (5 years min)
Proven record / evidence of teaching and coaching to groups of 1 to 30
A technical background
A quality mindset
Teaching / coaching of technical / manufacturing / business related programmes

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Strong technical knowledge and business acumen
