The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
To handle commercial follow-up and change order processing related to the Project main contracts

As part of project team adhere to Project and affiliate HSE objectives and participate to report anomalies based on the environmental working area.

To analyze the charge order requests (CORs) received under the various contracts, and in particular:
To analyze the CORs with reference to the contract and to assess their value
To obtain clarification from the contractor’s organization, if required
To liaise with the PCM and various Package Managements to arrive at a final COR recommendation
To prepare and issue the CO for formal signature according to CO procedure – both Contractor and internal affiliate facing
To liaise with the Contract Engineering when modifications need to be made to the contract agreement or to particular contractual conditions (i.e. modifications not only related to the scope of work, the work time schedule and/or the prices)
To manage the CO processing, circulation through to execution and maintain the Project CO register
To maintain an internal forecast/trend for the CO’s arising on the project

To check the contractual conformity of contractor invoices for main contracts, including progress, quantities and supporting documents, in accordance with the Work Breakdown Structure related to the part of the work perform

To manage the CO meetings to be held with the contractors and to participate in these meetings
To check the insurance dossiers prepared by the contractors, in case of accident.
To establish and maintain a potential claims register and report on the forecast risks of such.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Quantity surveying background with extensive experience of EPSCC and service contracts commercial management and claims.
• Experience of Client forms of contract would be an advantage.
• Fluency in English and French (speaking and writing).
