The Role:
This position is site based on a 6 weeks on 2 weeks off rotation

Responsibilities
- Preparation of cost plans at various pre-determined project stages
- Preparation of tender documentation (including pre-qualification)
- Preparation of commercial section of Project Month end report
- Preparation of interim payment valuation certificates
- Preparation and submission of contract variation claims
- Preparation of final project accounts
- Preparation of ad hoc commercial reports relating to the Project
- Cost / Benefit analysis
- Developing and updating cash flow forecasting model
- Developing and updating Project Cost Control Sheet (CSS)
- Assisting in Value Engineering
- Preparation and submission of contractual correspondence to Client
- Preparing unit rate and lump sum estimates

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN KAZAKHSTAN WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE

Academic / Professional Qualifications
- BSc - Quantity surveying or Degree in Civil Engineering with quantity surveying experience.
- Royal Institute of Quantity Surveyors - Chartered membership (MRICS)-Preferable
- Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience
- Contractor experience preferably with civil/building construction experience
- Knowledge of International Forms of Contract
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Russian would be an added advantage)
