The Company:

The Role:
To provide commercial and contract management support including risk management on various projects.
A practitioner in the area of M&E Civil Engineering Construction
An understanding of contract law and have experience in working with both the FIDIC and NEC3 forms of contracts.
The individual should understand the requirements of the time implications of both contracts and be able to manage changes on the project including cost forecasting, report writing ie daily and weekly commercial reports recording the labour force and hours on particular activates and an understanding of risks

Based in the Stone office with occasional travel to sites, providing the necessary updates to Project Managers, Operations Manager and Financial Controller based in the office.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree qualified professional (or equivalent) with at least 5 year's experience
