The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Quarantine Advisor to join this successful team, in this role you will interface with every project team, including the corporate team on matters of performance and compliance with the QMS. In addition, the position interfaces with other assets offshore.

Duties include:
• Reporting on the respective performances of all sections and the degree of compliance with approved procedures, specifications, management plans and management guidelines.
• Management of the quarantine scope of work in major Packages/Contracts as well as the demands associated with the transition to Operations (Phase 5)
• Working closely with and supervising a portfolio of Contractors/Vendors to ensure all the requirements of the Quarantine Management System and the Contractor’s Quarantine Management Plan are fully implemented.
• Conduct and participate in the Verification/Assurance processes and Quarantine Audits are conducted in accordance with Projects Quarantine Audit Plan.
• Close out any Corrective Actions, OFI’s and identify any gaps to ensure best practice with QMP and the QMS.
• Liaise and provide assistance to the Contractors’ Quarantine team.
• Ensure the Contractor implements quarantine across all aspects of the fabrication process, including on-going housekeeping, training, storage, treatment and inspection until final load-out offshore.
• Verify prescribed quarantine monitoring through the Projects Supply Chain is being undertaken and that continuous improvement is closed-out appropriately.
• Conduct investigations of Quarantine Incidents and non-conformances and manage Safeguard reporting processes including developing reports and recommendations.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to be considered for this position, you will demonstrate the following:

• A complete knowledge of the QMS and experience interfacing across several teams who are responsible for quarantine deliverables within the Project and Corporate Teams.
• Experience with external liaison and reporting particularly in relation to Quarantine Incidents on the Island as well as providing Quarantine Management the assurance that Ministerial Conditions have been met by the QMS.
• Gorgon QMS experience is essential.

This position is for 12 months, based in Perth, working 9 hours per day
