The Company:
A leading international Oil & Gas company

The Role:
CSU (Commissioning and Start-Up) RA Specialist - Gathering system is primarily responsible for internal and external interface aspects of the lifecycle of the project such as construction, commissioning, operation as well as decommissioning;
CSU RA Specialist will track and monitor deliverables, schedules, correspondence and maintain associated documentation all in accordance with the Project Execution Plan and will be engage with the Engineering contractors, Fabrication yards, Commissioning and other key stakeholders;
Must have an extensive experience in EPC project execution, Front End Engineering Designs (FEED) & Detailed Design (DD) stages thorough knowledge of Engineering and Construction and a background in project management.
Ensure that all Project Documentation satisfy appropriate RoK legislation, codes and standards. The role of CSU RA Coordinator mainly involves interfacing and coordination with multiple disciplines within the Project.


* Direct reporting to RA CSU Team Lead;
* Identification and manage all type of commissioning interfaces, with focus on the successful execution of project on time;
* Propose and recommend appropriate solution as necessary to maintain compliance with RoK local authority requirements;
* Continuously auditing Company CSU procedures and plans for compliance with RoK requirements and regulations;
* Interfacing with site Contractors to ensure Company requirements for CSU are clearly communicated, understood and followed;
* Ensuring that RA CSU procedures are clearly written and updated by site Contractors;
* Close co-ordination with project Turn over and QA groups to ensure that RA CSU plan is fully aligned, followed and adhered;
* Provide supervision and direction for the site Contractor representative assigned to you;
* Technically review execution documents related to CSU, making recommendations;
* Coordinate technical quality of CSU work-scope performed by site Contractors;
* Stewarding the development of performance and demonstration CSU procedures required on completion of Project;
* Participation in planned/scheduled site inspection from RoK authorities, if required;
* Allocate RA CSU resources to maximise efficiency and obtain best value;
* Ensure that company policies, procedures and controls are adhered to at all times;

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Minimum 5-7 years engineering practice, including at least 3 years of design experience in process engineering in the Oil and Gas, mineral or general process engineering areas;
* Minimum of 5-7 years of Regulatory Affairs experience within RoK projects, including substantial experience dealing with the regulatory Mechanical - FEED, Detailed Design, Engineering, Estimation documentation and regulation surveillance functions;
* Considerable experience gained in design, process plant site activities including construction, commissioning, training, operations and maintenance of complex plant;
* Must have an extensive knowledge of RoK/International Norms and Rules such as Technical Directives, RoK Legislation, GOST, Construction Codes and Regulations (SNiP), Construction Norms (SN), RoK Sanitary and Epidemiological Norms (SANPIN), Norms for Process Design (NTP), ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers), ANSI (The American National Standards Institute);

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Excellent presentation and documentation skill to explain and resolve effectively on technical issue to Client, engineers and managers within the project;
* Given the specific nature of the project, the candidate must demonstrate fluent proficiency (written & verbal) in Kazakh/Russian/English languages;
* Highly motivated individual who is capable of working independently and participating within a high profile international team.
