The Company:
Our client is an established consultancy providing products, systems and services to the Oil & Gas industry on a global scale to bring discoveries into production and maximise the recovery from each petroleum field.

The Role:
• Initiate and execute R&D projects in Company in accordance with the Technology Business Plan
• Contribute and co-operate with the technology network within the wider business, share the knowledge and experiences
• Contribute to the Design Manuals and calculation tools
• Close co-operation with universities and R&D groups
• Close co-operation with Company technology development groups
• Be aware of and evaluate emerging technologies in the market
• Promote Company technology by participating and presenting Company technology and products in seminars, conferences and publishing technical papers
• Initiate patent applications
• Client communication and participation in client meetings for R&D Projects
• Execute conceptual studies and other support to the project execution
• Prepare and execute testing of a product or a technology
• Standardize product and technology
• Contribute to the performance tests and trouble shooting
• Execute R&D projects according to Trace model
• Know well TRL classification and apply it to Company product development
• Make sure technology development and testing is well documented
• Make sure technology development is done according to international standards
• Close co-operation with project execution

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• As minimum, a Bachelor of Science in Process or Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Chemist or similar
• Minimum 2 years experience within oil and gas industries
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Proactive, structured and energetic
• Innovative, solution oriented
• Commercially aware of Produced Water, Separation Equipment, and/or Sand Systems
• Can inspire and influence others, ability to share knowledge and teach others
• Good at working independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
