The Company:
Our client is a large multi-national Oil and Gas Operator which explores, develops, produces and markets crude oil, gas and sulfur. They pride themselves in conducting operations in accordance with the world–class safety and environmental standards.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for RBI systems and Inspection Planning for all company Production Operations assets including in excess of 2,300 pressure vessels and 8,000 piping circuits. Responsible for maintaining company RBI Program and auxiliary procedures, the candidate will be an expert level consultant in Asset Integrity, RBI methodology, Reliability Engineering and API and RoK Inspection code compliance.
The successful candidate will:
Have extensive knowledge and a record of success in special areas or fields.
Exercise complete technical independence.
Be considered a System expert in the application and use of RBI (Risk Based Inspection) as well as other data analysis tools in respective disciplines.
Lead efforts to resolve Reliability issues with a System impact.
Work closely with Process Best Practice experts to understand changes that may have a system reliability impact (i.e., major catalyst changes, use of new technology, etc.)
Work closely with Mechanical Integrity Engineers to understand changes that may impact system reliability.
Work with ETC and MI staff to develop Inspection plans, procedures and techniques to enhance equipment integrity and effectively manage inspection resources.
Lead RE interaction with all projects at site in regards of RE deliverables (initial baseline, RBI criticality, documentation, etc.).

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
BSc or equivalent (essential)
Expert knowledge in Corrosion, Materials Engineering and Fixed Equipment Inspection methods in the Petrochemical Industry. Process knowledge is an advantage
Extensive experience in RBI Program Development and inspection planning.
Certified under API or Equivalent
Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of computer software, Proprietry Risk Based Inspection software ( Capstone), used in day to day work.
