The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Provide exceptional service to the client's customers, answer their queries and facilitate the collection of customer payments to ensure that the client’s cash flow targets are met.
1. Accommodate customers’ payment preferences to encourage quick settlement of bills.
2. Process all customer sales adjustments according to the client’s policies & procedures and the internal control standards.
3. Investigate any issues in customer payment schedule and take the necessary actions to recover the accrued payments.
4. Collect past-due invoices, investigate root cause analysis and implement corrective action with the customer and internal JV partners to insure timeliness of future payments.
5. Reconcile all customer accounts with the ERP system to ensure the delivery of accurate financial statements.
6. Study and classify the client’s customers according to their payment records and analyse the respective risk level of each in order to properly handle various future customer interactions.
7. Identify expiring payment term agreements with our customers, analyse customer payment behaviour against those terms, and recommend an extension or modification to the terms in order to optimize cash flows.
8.Implement and track related Key Performance indicators (KPI) by developing summary reports detailing the variations in performance.
9. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/ manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
