The Company:
Our client is a global leader in the design and delivery of infrastructure, power and major engineering projects around the world. Their clients come to them for a wide range of advice, resources and skills - in engineering, maintaining infrastructure, managing construction, planning and strategic thinking.

The Role:
Due to the successful award of new projects we are currently seeking a Receptionist / Admin support person to join our Stockport office on an agency contact hire basis.

This role will include but not be limited to the following:
Greet and receive visitors, organise refreshments, including making tea and coffee.
Booking and arranging buffet lunches and other refreshments
Arrange hotel accommodation, etc
Coordination of company’s postal service, couriers.
General administration duties supporting Administration Manager with the preparation of general correspondence and possibly project presentations.
Occasional work involving typing correspondence, memos, business letters and reports.
May be required to make travel arrangements.
Able to answer telephone calls promptly and courteously.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience of MS Office Suite.
In particular, MS Word & Excel to an intermediate or advanced level
Proactive, self-starter – able to work under own initiative
Flexible in approach to duties
