The Role:
Fircroft has been engaged to assist a leading energy company to source a people friendly Receptionist with solid office clerical skills to support the internal team.

About the role
You will be the face of the company welcoming visitors and key clients in to the building whilst supporting a team with day to day administrative duties

Accountabilities will include:
• Clerical duties including record management and typing
• Order office materials
• Assist with documents for meetings and presentations
• Arrange meetings, events and appropriate materials
• Assist with ad-hoc duties within other departments

Qualifications/Experience
• Confident within Microsoft office
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
• Previous experience in a similar role
