Our Client is an independent Australian oil and gas company with a global presence playing a key role in supplying energy to our region.

They are one of the world’s leading producers of liquefied natural gas, helping meet the demands for cleaner energy from Japan, China, Korea and other countries in the Asia Pacific region.

The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionsit based in Perth on a 6 month contract to start as soon as possible.

The role will ensure all activities are conducted consistent within the company's safety culture, manage processes, standards, procedures, governance and assurance as well as manage front of house services consisting of reception & switchboard on a rotational basis, maintaining strong focus on customer service, security access cards for visitors and FM services.

Responsibilities includes:

Reception
•Client management
•Security card and security breach reporting
•Perform customer service duties
•Security access card management
•Switchboard
•Switchboard operation and management
•Management of database

General
•Car park management
•Trained on FMS for FM cross training purposes
•Floor warden and first aider administration
•Locker management
•Motorcycle management
•Provide administrative support to members of facilities management team
•Key management for office and meeting rooms
•Newspaper management
•Management of Company Information inbox and Office Facilities admin inbox
•Credit card and SpendVision management as required
•Gift registry data entry as required
•Participate in emergency exercises
•Maintain accurate work procedures
•Perform cross training for FM team members
•Train temp/ relief staff

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Able to perform Switchboard duties
•Competent in reception
•Excellent customer service skills
•Able to use DRIMS to manage information which may be sensitive
•Experienced in administrative duties
•Familiar with requirements for emergency response
•Competent in using WeLearn (For administrative purposes)
•Reception/admin experience in a large corporate environment
