The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Will require the sucesful candidate to:
Act in a professional manner as first point of contact to meet and greet staff and visitors.
Ensure all relevant building access and reception information is updated each day.
Provide back up as necessary Answer and direct all incoming and internal telephone calls.
Maintain up to date telephone extension and employee contacts lists.
Ensure that Facility Management Services (mailroom) receive regular updated telephone listing.
Oversee visitor management process and ensure compliance and liaise with Concierge / Security as appropriate.
Support Building Access Administrator to issue, program and maintain building access for staff, contractors and Global visitors etc.
Support Building Access administrator to follow up return of security badges from terminated personnel and audit temporary visitor and security badges.
Liaise with Building Maintenance to ensure doors are working and secure.
Liaise with security in relation to alarms and security during both business and after hours - contact relevant people in the case of emergency.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Basic computer skills
Corporate office reception / switchboard experience
Cisco telephone system
General Microsoft computer skills
Ensure a high standard of service and delivery at all times
High standard of personal presentation and phone manner essential
Able to under pressure and use initiative. Able to work independently
