The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide.

The Role:
Greeting visitors coming into the main reception area and dealing with in a professional manner
Answering switchboard, transferring calls and taking message as necessary
Updating telephone lists
Ordering stationery
E-mails (General)
Arrange and ordering working lunches
Fill Coffee Machine
Ensure conference room is tidy
Dealing with Couriers
Arrange meetings
Deal with pool cars
Updating various forms
Book conference calls
Order PPE
Arranging Travel
Any administration duties as and when required

Hours of work 8:30 a.m. - 17.00 p.m.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Previous experience of switchboard and front house reception
Excellent telephone manner

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience within an Engineering environment
