They work globally employing over 20,000 people on major operations including the UK.

The Role:
Interim receptionist required to provide reception and administrative cover in all Client main office receptions in Aberdeen.

Main Duties:
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures at all times.
• Participation in emergency response duties - ensuring admin support and maintaining security confidentiality.
• Ensure that reception is manned effectively during office hours Monday - Friday.
• Greet visitors and clients in an open and friendly way at all times.
• Assisting visitors and clients in a professional, courteous and efficient manner at all times.
• Ensuring that all visitors, temporary personnel and contractors registers are completed correctly and that visitors badges are provided as required.
• Notifying relevant personnel when visitors have arrived by using an appropriate means (phone/email PA System).
• Ensure all calls are answered within agreed response times and that they are handled promptly and efficiently.
• To keep the reception in a clean and tidy state at all times.
• To be presentable at all times wearing the uniform that has been provided.
• Ensure all calls are routed accurately and to the relevant person.
• To report phone system faults to the Line Supervisor or nominated deputy in their absence.
• Booking taxis and meeting rooms, as and when required.
• Updating meeting room daily calendars, as necessary.
• Assisting Mail Room Assistant at busy times, holiday cover, illness and flexi cover.
• Provide additional reception cover at busy times.
• To maintain and update relevant information, including car registration database, CISCO, group addresses, relevant to site.
• Assist with additional admin duties, as and when directed by Line Supervisor.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar size of office in a similar role.
• Manual Handling Awareness and/or Training.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willing to be part of the Emergency Response Team.
• Experience of Health and Safety in the Workplace.
• European Computer Driving Licence.
• Experience in a similar role.
