The Role:
****6 months contract********(Thai only)
1 . Attend to reception and switchboard duties.
2. Provide general administrative support to the HR Administrator
3. Disseminate of individual personnel’s phone costs for confirmation of personal bills incurred and ensure copy is sent to accounts / payroll for deductions on a timely manner
4. Dissemination of in-coming fax documents and mails into the pigeon holes for relevant department, including HR dept mails.
5. Replenishments and purchase of general office stationeries / pantry supplies,and postage stamps. Update system speed dialing, contact and VOIP listings and posting listing onto intranet.
6. Dispatch of local/overseas couriers and ensure cost centre charge back.
7. Dispatch daily outgoing mails.
8. Booking of conference rooms and taxis
9. Allocation and control of office access cards
10.Keep track of office key, employee card and finger print door access
11.Schedule reception lunch duty.
12.Back up duty in the absence of the HR Administrator
13.Facilitate appropriate celebrations and recognition of events for Sector personnel (coordinate gift/flowers hampers for office personnel i.e. birthday,get wells, wedding, etc)
14.Assist with accommodation and car bookings for business visitors and expatriate residents as require
15.Ensure pantry and general reception are tidied.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years in administrative position
SKILLS: Excellent communication skills. Well developed Computer skills and proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Project and Outlook. Knowledge of TO web applications
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Self-motivated, proactive and good time management. Possess interpersonal skills to
interact effectively with personnel at all levels. Able to adhere to prescribed routines and practices.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
INGENUITY: Employee must be able to make recommendations and decisions under timely and critical
circumstances using his or her own initiative. Have a pleasant personality.
DECISION MAKING: Job requires employee to follow the defined company core values. Decisions are made about
common problems that come up frequently. Some independent thinking is required. Decisions that affect the HR
department and may affect the entire company are solved through co
