The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide.

The Role:
We are looking for a Receptionist to work on a contract basis for an engineering consultancy. Applicants must have experience working on a rececption in a busy office, preferably within the engineering industry. The hours for this role are full time from 8.30am to 5.00pm. We are looking for someone that is available to start asap.

Main Duties:
•*Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
•*Direct clients and contractors to the appropriate staff member
•*Pick up and deliver the mail
•*Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
•*Make preparations for meetings
•*Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
•*Respond to public inquiries
•*Provide word-processing and secretarial support if required
•*Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
•*Monitor the use of supplies and equipment
•*Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience working in a reception role
