The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
An opportunity is available for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact to meet and greet staff and visitors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy manner.
Ensure all relevant building access and reception information is updated each day.
Provide back up as necessary.
Answer and direct all incoming and internal telephone calls.
Maintain up to date telephone extension and employee contact lists.
Ensure that Toll (Mailroom) receive regular updated telephone listing.
Oversee visitor management process and ensure compliance and liaise with Concierge / Security as appropriate.
Support Building Access Administrator to issue, program and maintain building access for staff and contractors, company's Global visitors and new starters.
Support Building Access administrator to follow up return of security badges from terminated personnel and audit temporary visitor and security badges.
Liaise with Building Maintenance to ensure doors are working and secure.
Liaise with security in relation to alarms and security during both business and after hours - contact relevant people in the case of emergency.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience: Corporate environment – managing calendars; room bookings; catering; visitor management; reception experience etc.
Preferred Skills:

This job requires a high level or organizational skills to ensure the accurate prioritizing of workload to meet tight deadlines with work that is consistently accurate and of a high standard.
Attention to detail and confidentiality is critical. High standard of personal presentation and phone manner essential.
Able to work under pressure, in a team environment and use initiative.
Experience with Cisco phone system, On-Guard access control system preferred.

Additional Comments: Position is for 3 months, located in Perth, working 9 hours per day.
