The Role:
Covering maternity cover for 9-12 months, working two days per week reporting directly to the General Manager. The role’s primary purpose is to ensure the implementation and delivery of marketing activities, preparation of proposals and general administration duties.
Primary Purpose of Role:
• Production of proposals, tenders and other contractual documentation.
• In addition you will undertake other marketing activities as directed by the General Manager
• Provide general administration duties and support to the Client
• To work effectively and positively with all clients employees, customers, contractors and visitors to promote a positive safety culture, ensuring that all are aware of their personal SHE responsibilities to themselves, their colleagues and business.
• To gain an appreciation and understanding of working in and contributing to client and wider client business.
• To collect and analyse relevant information, providing data and statistics as required
• To administer and maintain assigned databases – both electronic and paper
• Provide weekly status report to the client on marketing activities
• Preparing proposal and other sales type documentation for prospective clients
• As required, undertake assigned projects and investigations providing, realistic recommendations in the line with legislative and business requirements
• To undertake a variety of general office duties to the required client standard. To include word processing of documents, photocopying, faxes, filling and updating of documents
• Provision excellent customer service & positive promotion of client to internal & internal external customer & colleagues, in line with changing business needs, strategies and requirements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• A level or equivalent standard (upper grades)
• Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative / marketing position
• Proficiency to an advanced level in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
