The Role:
The key responsibilities of this role are, but are not limited to:
• Visitor Meet and Greet
• Switchboard Operation (Mitel)
• Ensuring Reception is immaculate at all times.
• Meeting Room Diary Management
• Catering for meetings
• Booking couriers/taxis & updating the internal documentation.
• Collation/distribution of incoming faxes, mail and deliveries
• Franking outgoing mail
• Invoice Reconciliation
• Photocopying and copy-typing as required
• Accommodation Bookings
• Liaising with travel agent regarding flights, accommodation and car hire for staff and contractors in the UK and overseas
• Managing internal staff lists (telephone/staff whereabouts).
• Supporting the Office Manager with administration as requested.
