The Role:
• Ensure the new starter/leavers process is administered in accordance with the procedures
• Ensure the reception is manned professionally and visitors are managed in accordance with all security procedures
• Formatting / generating reports, forms, spread sheets, and presentations. General filing, scanning of minutes, reports, procedures etc. and distributing.
• Electronic diary Management to include Project Manager and other managers.
• Maintain document administration registers.
• Control of meeting rooms and any associated requirements i.e. catering, overhead projector.
• Booking of business travel in accordance with the current travel procedure, hotel reservations and transportation.
• Update and maintain HSE Register.
• Arrange Team Building and Social events.
• Ensure adherence to the admin processes and procedures.
• Provide assistance with Procurement for the office.
• Co-ordinate courier services, ordering business cards, name badges, managing work station arrangements, office furniture and maintaining stationery supplies.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team Member.
• Ability to work with conflicting priorities.
• Experience of the Oil and Gas industry with technical knowledge.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Russian language is desirable
