The Role:
•To take all reasonable care during the performance of their work for the Health and Safety of themselves and others affected by their acts or omissions. To co-operate fully with regulatory authorities and/or third parties to ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
•Demonstrate behaviour consistent with company vision and core values.

Main Tasks:
•Receives and directs customers, salespersons and employment applications to appropriate locations and parties
•Acts as primary operator of the phone system, answers calls, transfers call and takes messages as required
•Supports Training Department, to include preparation of training quotations, binders and certificates
•Monitors and distributes office communications including mail, packages, e-mail, voicemail and faxes
•Organises company travel
•Coordinates meals for business meetings including customer training and visits
•Assists office staff as required
•Provide administration assistance to Regional Manager including meeting, scheduling and the compiling of meeting minutes
•Lead or assist in special projects as requested by the Regional Manager

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills including communicating effectively using professional email and telephone etiquette
•Functional PC skills including the use of typical “office” applications including, but not limited to; MS Word; Excel; PowerPoint, Outlook (SharePoint experience preferred)
