The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
For our client we are looking for a Records Management Analyst to join our client’s compliance team who can support the provision of a consistent, efficient, effective and coordinated Records Management service (including physical media), accommodating both onsite and offsite formal and team based information collections through delivery of specialist Records Management Subject Matter Expertise. Other key responsibilities include:

• Perform Monthly Penetration Testing of Unstructured Information Repositories in support of IRM/RFP requirements
• For published business processes specific to the team, proactively identify improvement opportunities by analysing business, process and system performance, and provide recommendations on improvement opportunities to the Lead Relationships
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Participating in relevant networks and forums to increase awareness of Record Management policies and procedures

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years prior experience in a similar role. You must have proven experience of successful Retention Schedule applications (process and supporting technology/tools). Experience of Offsite Storage Contractors’ and Physical Media service providers is desirable. Other attributes include:

• Knowledge of development and implementing Record Management business controls
• Solid understanding of the principles, practices and techniques of Records and Physical media management (inc. preservation and transcription)
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, and exposure to variety of IM tools and technologies, inc. DMS, library, knowledge management and collaborative web solutions
• Methodical and practical approach to issue prevention and problem solving
• Strong customer focus
• Excellent communication skills, including liaison, consultation and presentation skills
• Demonstrated capacity to learn new skills and integrate
