The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Responsible for the Records Team to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, financial, IT, requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a strategy for records management by working with all organizational levels, divisions, and lines of business
Develop and implement global records governance
Create and manage global records retention schedules, policies and procedures and identification of records eligible for destruction
Responsible for creating, implementing, training, and auditing policies and procedures related to records retention, for physical and electronic records
Partner with the IT and business organizations to manage initiatives related to electronic records and information
Manage staff, departmental budget and capital requirements.
Advise Sadara businesses about Sadara records policies, procedures, and records retention requirements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ content/records management required; CRM certification preferred. Records Management managerial and leadership experience
