The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
For our client we are looking for a Records Management Technician to support the provision of a consistent, efficient, effective and coordinated Records Management service (including physical media), accommodating both onsite and offsite formal and team based information collections through delivery of specialist Records Management Subject Matter Expertise, advice and guidance to their projects, including but not limited to:

• Provide Records Management Operational assistance to the company's projects
- Conduct timely customer information/records search and retrieval requests in compliance with IP requirements and information sharing agreements

• Co-ordination of Physical Media Management
- Maintain Records Collection including information registration, classification, clean-up, rationalisation, loading, manipulation activities
- Arrange information uplift/retrieval/returns from Offsite Storage Provider to support information search requests and business requirements
- Manage Loans of physical media to customers including borrowing, monitoring and reporting
- Assist with rationalisation of legacy information collection
- Assist with data preservation and transcription activities
- Undertake authorised disposition/deletions of information in accordance with process and system requirements including coordination of records destruction review and approval
- IM trouble shooting / call escalation

• Assist with delivery of the Records Management IMWR and Small Projects slate:
- Undertake range of Records Management activities and tasks associated with Records Management Work Request slate in conjunction with broader IM team (RM Analysts and IM Analysts);
- Liaise with external service providers (e.g. Offsite Storage contractor), to ensure service provision in support of IMWR activities
- Remediation and rationalisation of legacy information collection including clean-up, bulk loading, and data manipulation activities
- Information and Data preservation and transcription activities (as necessary)

• Performance Measurement
- Preparation of metrics and reporting to support the Records Management function as necessary
- Monitoring and maintenance of electronic systems and physical media collections including data analysis and reporting
- Incident monitoring, resolution and reporting
- Identification and execution of continual improvement measures
- Assist with the update of Records Management business controls
- Perform Monthly Penetration Testing of Unstructured Information Repositories in support of IRM/RFP requirements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you will have a diploma or graduate certificate in a relevant field and must have experience in supporting other team members through analysis skills and support.
