The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Deliver all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization; development of local and international recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas, and ensure the client hires the best possible talent.
1. Develop and execute recruiting plans and network through industry contacts, social networks and employees.
2. Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives to efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
3. Work with ”Policies & Organizational Development” and “Department/Division Managers” to plan for recruitment workshops and meet hiring targets
4. Conduct regular follow-up to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
5. Create, Lead, and coordinate the recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
6. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting and build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
7. Post job advertisements in newspaper, with professional organizations, and in other appropriate venues.
8. Utilize the Internet for recruitment; Post positions to appropriate Internet sources, improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting, research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment, use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
9. Locate and document where to find ideal candidates; attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition, manage the use of recruiters and head-hunters.
10. Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
11.Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
12. Give presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs.
13. Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements and conduct pre-screening interviews.
14.Maintain and track manpower requisitions and candidates within the online recruitment solution.
15. Liaison with Security department to conduct background checks on potential candidates.
16. Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters / interviewing and selecting employees onsite / preparing and sending offer packages / preparing and sending new employee orientation packages.
17. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/ manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in HRM, MIS, BA or related majors.
• Advanced degree or Professional Staffing/HRM certificates are preferred.
