The Role:
Administrative HEAVY Recruiting position!

The Recruiter is responsible for recruiting for entry level positions and provide support to hiring managers with the goal to fill job requisitions in the most cost effective and time efficient manner

• Drive the recruitment process throughout full life cycle – from the job requisition is initiated by hiring manger, to the position is filled.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the business including specific domain experience needed, detailed requirements of open positions, market position and business challenges.
• Effectively review applicants against basic qualifications, present to hiring manager and facilitate interviewing to identify and select new hires, submitting offer details using internal tools.
• Responsible for proactive communication with hiring managers and HRBPs on job requisition status, recruitment policies & processes, tools, and other related information.
• Ensure that all compliance requirements are understood and adhered to throughout the recruiting process.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge – 4 yr degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
Experience – At least 1 year of experience working in a corporate recruiting environment as a full life-cycle recruiter. Experience in data entry and using multiple tools. Excellent communication skills, Ability to multi-task with attention to detail. Experience in building relationships with managers/HR business partners. Basic knowledge of OFCCP compliance regulations and employment law.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Skills – Proficient with MS Word, Excel, FEITH, ATS
