Is a major oil and gas company

The Role:
Under general supervision, performs assignments involving the recruitment, selection, and placement of nonexempt craft, clerical, technical, and designated entry-level exempt positions. May refer applicants for job openings, administer pre-employment tests, check references and conduct exit interviews. May assist with the placement of employment advertising and/or act as a company representative at external career fairs.

Identify and target candidate resources. Identify and develop networking relationship with appropriate internal and external contacts while building candidate pool. Skills assessment and evaluation; develop interviewing strategy and techniques. Identify and maintain awareness of Recruiting trends with specific market or industry. Offer guidance to bridge business needs with Recruiting plans and resources, to influence others and effectively utilize negotiation skills. Maintain current knowledge of employment laws, governmental compliance/requirements. Provide analytical skills to gather and summarize the needs, objectives and criteria of assigned projects or tasks. Task, project and relationship management, including management of resources, prioritization and scheduling.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
-Undergraduate Degree in Business
-The recruiter will support Supply Chain so needs to be well versed in all levels of Supply Chain and manufacturing.
