The Company:
Is a major oil and gas operator.

The Role:
Perform recruitment for multiple product service lines under the client's Drilling & Evaluation division (Sperry, Baroid, Wireline, Drill Bits, and Testing & Subsea). Join an energetic recruiting team based in Houston with a global reach.

Recruiter will be responsible for:

• Direct external recruitment of experienced field engineering and technology professionals from the oil and gas industry, globally
• Canvas and report recruitment metrics as you develop sourcing strategies for current and future job openings.
• Perform requisition and candidate tracking utilizing Applicant Tracking System
• Build relationship globally to enable proactive recruiting strategies

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Previous recruiting experience in oil & gas industry is preferred but not required
• Previous recruiting agency experience is preferred, oil & gas background is a plus
• Proven ability to source, recruit and hire passive candidates off the job market
• Proven ability to manage a heavy and complex requisition load
• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills, existing network of relevant prospects is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to very tight deadlines
• Energetic with a positive outlook
