The Company:
Our client is a leading company in providing marine facility design and construction services to the resources industry. They have an enduring commitment to excellence to deliver marine facilities for major resource projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

The Role:
For our client we are sourcing a Recruitment Advisor for a 3 month contract, immediate start required! In this role, you will source, interview and qualify prospective blue collar candidates against internal vacancies.

Other key duties include:
• Actively contribute to a project free from incidents, injuries and environmental harm by providing safety leadership, ensuring compliance with all aspects of the project HSE Management System
• Provide Recruitment support to the company’s Functional, Project and Divisional Managers as required
• Work on adhoc Recruitment projects as required
• Source applicants and actively manage a portfolio of jobs
• Build robust relationships with hiring managers, applicants and other stakeholders as appropriate
• Drive continuous improvement within the internal recruitment processes
• Ensure all costs incurred as part of the recruitment process are tracked and allocated
• Provide reporting data as required
• Provide strategic recruitment advice to internal stakeholders which maximises the number and quality of candidates for each vacancy
• Ensure all administration tasks associated with assignments are completed in line with the specified processes
• Ensure all aspects of the recruitment process comply with relevant employment legislation
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies
• Ensure all aspects of the recruitment process within Recruitment Consultant’s control are carried out in a timely, efficient and professional manner

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must have the following:
• End to end recruitment experience within a large organisation, and ability to manage and prioritise high volume recruitment workloads
• A comprehensive knowledge of resource industry and relevant legal regulations
• Degree qualified or significant on the job experience with part professional qualifications e.g. Diploma of Human Resources Management or Cert IV in Human Resources
• Experience using recruitment management systems and strong MS office skills – MS Excel in particular
