The Role:
The purpose of this job is to support the Recruitment team in delivering efficient and effective recruitment/onboarding processes by providing competent and consistent support on sensitive/confidential data management of internal and external candidate pool/conducting interviews as HR representative of BP.
Key Accountabilities
Recruitment
•Advertise job openings on TAS, manage posting/screening and selection and send shortlisted candidates to technical screen
•General support to Recruiters in requisition co-ordination as a member of Requisition team
•Administration of candidates status in TAS upon Recruiter’s request
•Close requisitions when informed by Recruiter
•Feedback Communication to candidates when requested by Recruiter
•Focal point for addressing candidates’ inquires related to progress update
•Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers, HR and candidate and arrange venue
•Ensure Hiring Manager, Interview Panel and HR Advisors have necessary documents to conduct interviews/overviews (Resume, Job Description, Interview guide, Interview Summary form)
•Conduct behavioral interviews if required
•Collect interviewing forms, filing them per requisition and provide necessary data on interview upon Recruiters request
•Candidate correspondence with regards to missing information, interviews, dispositions and standard acknowledgement to unsolicited CVs

Onboarding
•Acting as a single point of contact for monitoring, coordinating and ensuring all all steps of Onboarding are run smoothly and are seen as a joint process to all new hires.
•Manage onboarding process e.g. communicate with candidates send offer docs to the successful candidates, track acceptance process online, send welcome package and close vacancies in TAS
•Providing support to all parties involved in delivering the steps of Onboarding including TAS system status updates
•Scheduling and organizing Inductions/Infodays for Technicians per year and supporting activities related to it
•Translate or proofread high volume compliance documents in Azeri or English as required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• University degree
•Fluency in English, Azeri, Russian
•Minimum 1 year experience working with administrative tasks
•Knowledge of basic Microsoft applications
•Attention to details, accuracy
