The Company:
Our client is a major Oil and Gas EPCM company working on projects in various locations across Australia.

The Role:
Responsibilities will include:
• Consult daily with Hiring Managers with respect to current vacancies and new staffing requirements
• Manage the end to end recruitment process including job scope, adverts, interviews, ref checks and offer
• Coordinate behavioural interviews with Hiring Managers
• Update vacancies list and promote out CRP PSA agencies
• Pro-actively source new candidates within the marketplace
• Maintain the monthly recruitment reporting

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• 1-2 years recruitment/ behavioural interviewing experience is essential, preferably in an internal capacity.
• Experience recruiting within the resource industry is desirable
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence others
• Highly motivated, with strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal)
