The Company:
Our client, a major owner/operating company, requires expertise for their ongoing oil sands mega-projects in Alberta.

This position is open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

The Role:
As a Recruitment Support Administrator your responsibilities would be:

• Create and up date candidate screening reports
• Schedule Telephone Screenings
• Manage Travel Authorisations and bookings
• Follow up with candidates and testing schools as applicable
• Manage shared inbox.
• Screening incoming calls

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of administration experience
• Experience in MS Office Suite is a must
• Experience with HR recruitment systems Brassring, Taleo would be an asset
• Self-starter who is familiar with administrative work within the oil and gas industry setting
• Ability to multitask
• Effectively manage private and security sensitive information
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Exceptional organization skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good understanding of project timelines and priorities
• Attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
