The Role:
The role will focus on established agreements with several of the world’s major oil and gas operators. Essentially, the successful candidate will be required to coordinate and support volume recruitment of international contractors.

- Review and acceptance of new enquiries in coordination with Recruitment Manager.
- Selecting, vetting and submitting CV's.
- Complete Onboarding Tasks - provide documentation and requesting/attaining all necessary documents from workers.
- Chase work order renewals and update systems.
- Trouble shooting with conjunction with team (timesheet issues, invoicing etc).
- Dealing with proactive issues - CV chase, interview set ups.
- Assist in the coordination of worker travel requests.
- Assist the Business Manager in coordinating information required for periodic Supplier Performance Reviews and other requests for information.i) Making check calls, updating systems contractor care calls
- Search and selection- contacting candidates regarding availability and suitability for current and future vacancies, putting the appropriate candidates forward
- Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with current clients and contractors.
- Where possible/appropriate visiting new contractors and attending general client visits, representing the company in a professional manner.
