The Company:
This position will be based in Anchorage, AK as an additional staff member in the Fircroft office.

The Role:
A. Job Position Summary
Sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies with clients associated with the US operation.

B. Job Role Duties

a) Search and Selection - Contacting candidates regarding availability and suitability for current and future vacancies, putting the appropriate candidates forward

b) Submission and Feedback of submitted applicants

c) Arranging Interviews

d) Preparing candidates for interviews

e) Pro active marketing of hot candidates/existing

f) Awareness of new business potential

g) Meeting Fircroft/Client SLA’S

h) Awareness of home page activity

i) Cold calling

j) Writing Adverts

k) Developing and maintaining relationships with current clients and contractors

l) Compliance with QA and systems (Initial, Periodic & Termination Reviews)

m) Where possible/appropriate visiting new contractors and attending general client visits, representing the company in a professional manner

C. Education/Qualifications
Good level of education. Colleague/University qualifications desirable

Strong Communication/Interpersonal Skills

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to organise and prioritise

Proactive

Good Sales Skills

Ability to work on own initiative and with a team

Basic IT knowledge
