The Role:
Recruitment Consultant - Versailles

The successful candidate will be sourcing suitable candidates for temporary vacancies for clients associated with Oil & Gas Operator and Contractors market.

Duties include:

Search and Selection
-•Searching and sourcing candidates
-•Contacting candidates regarding availability and suitability for current and future vacancies, adding appropriate candidates via the applications tab
-•Putting the appropriate candidates forward, submission and feedback of CV’s
-•Arranging and preparing candidates for Interviews
-•Communicate client feedback to candidates

-•Maintenance of adverts on internal and external websites to ensure attraction of candidates as necessary
-•Job Boards maintenance
-•Enquiries- creation and upload of enquiry adverts

Candidate Interactions:
-•Candidate marketing
-•Receipt of qualification of all enquiries
-•Responsible for prioritizing hot and gold candidates

Sales and Business Development
-•Generating leads and potential sales, passing leads to appropriate colleagues
-•Highlighting potential business development opportunities to the Recruitment Manager
-•Attending Client Meetings with Recruitment Manager and/or Business Manager if required.
-•Develop and maintain a client prospect list and take personal responsibility for sale and conversion of “hot prospects”

Requisition Management
-•2nd Tier use (and maintain relationships)
-•Purchase Orders - Initial receipt of documents from Client and allocation to Account Coordinator
-•Ensuring accurate and professional job descriptions are professionally created for each role and advertised on the Fircroft website

-•Escalate appropriately any issued raised by a Client or Contractor as agreed by the Business Manager

-•Ability to work on own initiative and with a team
-•Basic IT knowledge
