The Role:
This position will be responsible for both maintenance and development of key client contact relationships associated with Houston whilst sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies gathered from those clients.

Job Role Duties
• Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with current clients and contractors.
• Gather Intel on allocated client’s current and future growth plans to support upper managements forecasting and budget writing.
• Awareness of new business potential and ability to unearth opportunities.
• Cold calling
• Meeting Fircroft/Client SLA’S
• Where possible/appropriate visiting new contractors and attending general client visits, representing the company in a professional manner.
• Provide regular recruitment performance reports for allocated clients to management team. This would include but is not limited to business development activity, roles received, percentage fill rates, interview to hire ratios etc.
• Cold calling
• Writing Adverts
• Search and Selection - Contacting candidates regarding availability and suitability for current and future vacancies, putting the appropriate candidates forward
• Submission and Feedback of CV’s
• Arranging Interviews, Preparing candidates for interviews and interview follow up.
• Negotiating offers, prepare proposals and gather necessary client approval. Support Fircroft’s onboarding processes and ensure accuracy in RMS.
• Pro active marketing of hot candidates/existing
• Compliance with QA and systems (Initial, Periodic & Termination Reviews)
• Awareness of home page activity
• Responsible for the support, promotion, monitoring and compliance with all Fircroft and client HSE obligations, rules and requirements.
• Key working relationships include employees within Business Unit and other Business Units throughout the company
• Support management’s efforts to drive performance and achieve team KPIS.
• Acts as a role model by setting clear standards of customer/candidate service
• Support management with the mentoring and development of new and/ or junior employees

Key Performance Indicators
• Source an adequate number of vacancies to support personal recruitment KPI’s are met.
• Place a minimum of 2 recruited placements per month

• Experience with RMS, recruitment job boards and client portals
• Experience with various recruitment website
• College education preferred
