The Role:
A. Job Summary
To develop and maintain long standing strategic relationships with Fircroft customers, offering “best in class” recruitment solutions suited to their needs. Maximise opportunities within the given sector, developing Fircroft’s market presence, increasing sales and gross margin opportunities through the placement and maintenance of professionally sourced and recruited candidates

B. Objectives

Recruitment:
To ‘qualify’ each role thoroughly with the Client to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the position and relevant criteria for selection of candidates
To source, recruit and maintain a pool of skilled, assessed, referenced and motivated contractors to meet the recruitment needs of existing and prospective new clients
To ensure Fircroft candidates receive the highest level of support from recruitment through to submission and eventual placement

Service:
To ensure client vacancies are filled in a timely and reliable manner through submission of carefully selected and appropriate candidates
Meet all sourced and gifted candidates on Client premises at start of assignment and periodically throughout of logistically possible
Responsible for on-going support to both client and candidate throughout the life of the assignment
Regular interaction with Hiring Managers to build relationships, understand their business and maximise opportunities

Sales:
To develop and maintain a profitable client base through a proactive, programmed approach designed to maximise Fircroft opportunities with both current and prospective clients alike
To identify suitable candidates and proactively market them to existing or prospective Clients.
To identify sales opportunities through your network and agree with Recruitment Manager the best method of follow up.
Referencing candidates as a quality control procedure and a sales opportunity

Responsible for complying with quality procedures and company health safety and environmental policies.

C. Job Role Duties

Search and Selection:
Searching and sourcing candidates
Contacting candidates regarding availability and suitability for current and future vacancies, adding appropriate candidates via the applications tab
Putting the appropriate candidates forward, submission and feedback of CV’s
Arranging and preparing candidates for Interviews
Communicate client feedback to candidates

Advertising:
Maintenance of adverts on internal and external websites to ensure attraction of candidates as necessary
Job Boards maintenance
Enquiries - creation and upload of enquiry adverts

Sales and Business Development:
Generating and following up leads for new business within your Region
Highlighting potential cross Regional, FGMS or Global business development opportunities to the Recruitment Manager
Attending Client Meetings
Develop and maintain a client prospect list and take personal responsibility for sale and conversion of “hot prospects”

Systems and Process:
Appropriate tracking in RMS
RMS placement - set as placing Recruiter
Creation of initial RMS placements (all areas of placement including pay and charge rates).
Ensuring accuracy of all relevant data, then liaising directly with the Contractor Service Coordinator

Requisition Management:
2nd Tier use (and maintain relationships)
Purchase Orders - Initial receipt of documents from Client and allocation to Contractor Service Coordinator
Ensuring accurate job descriptions are professionally created for each role and advertised on the Fircroft website

Complaints:
Escalate appropriately any issued raised by a Client or Contractor as agreed by the Business Manager

D. Key Measurement
Weekly Objectives meeting minimum K.P.I.'s set by the Recruitment Manager to include Candidate calls, CV’s submitted, interviews, placements, starts, sales leads and Gross Margin generated.

E. Key Working Internal Relationships
Employees within Business Unit (predominantly Resourcer, Account Manager and Recruitment Manager)
Other Business Units within Fircroft

Clients
Contractors

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
G. Education/Qualifications/Knowledge
Good level of education
University qualifications desirable
Recruitment Qualifications, e.g., REC desirable (but not essential)

Strong Communication/Interpersonal Skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to organise and prioritise
Proactive
Good Sales Skills
Ability to work on own initiative and with a team
Basic IT knowledge
