The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
To support the Recruitment Officers and Senior Recruitment Officer in delivering an effective recruitment service for the client, and responsible for reporting the effectiveness of this service to the business.

Main responsibilities

- Responsible for the collation, production and distribution or Recruitment metric
- Coordination of activities for the recruitment team
- Support/coordination of assessment centres
- Liaison with external supplier, agencies and assessment venues

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- GCSE/equivalent English and Maths/Numeracy
- Spread sheet skills (Excel) Advanced standard preferred.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent coordinating and organising skills
- Ability to liaise at all levels
