The Role:
Sourcing suitable candidates for temporary vacancies for clients associated with the BU and co ordination and management of recruitment activity for direct reports within Business Unit.

- Provide regular feedback on the departments recruitment activity to the divisions Business Manager
- Account Management of specified clients within Business Unit
- Sourcing suitable candidates for temporary or fixed term vacancies for clients associated with BU
- Compliance and ensuring both yourself and direct reports comply with the QA and systems (Initial, Periodic & Termination Reviews)
- Producing Reports (client activity, direct reports)
- Meeting the Companies and Clients SLA’s
- Management and awareness of direct reports home page activity
- Client care program, client visits, relationship building, regular telephone contact
- Developing and maintaining relationships with contractors
- Co-ordination of recruitment activity for direct reports
- Market Research/ Benchmarking
- Day to day Recruitment including initial /periodic/termination reviews
- Awareness of the companies policies/T’S and C’S, Legal implications/timesheet procedure
- Completion of KPI meetings.
- Responsible for the support, promotion, monitoring and compliance with all the companies and client HSE obligations, rules and requirements.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:
- Setting objectives and prioritising work
- Monitoring performance and conduct
- Responsible for managing underperformance
- Regular performance reviews with individuals, developing direct reports
- Complete 12 month appraisal
- Manage absence and return to work interviews
- Manage and monitor holidays

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good level of education preferrably University / Degree qualifications

- Good management/leadership skills
- Strong Communication/Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to organise and prioritise
- Proactive
- Good Sales Skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and with a team
- Basic IT knowledge

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Recruitment Qualifications eg REC desirable but not essential
