The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Reporting to the Recruitment and Talent Manager, the purpose of the role is to support the identification of talent externally through the assessment centres.

Main Responsibilities:

- Organise assessment centres in line with Recruitment and Talent Delivery Plans
- Moderate assessment centre assessors
- Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of recruitment and development assessment centres
- Manage the assessment centre process and act as a moderator at the assessment centres by validating and coaching managers in the assessment and decision making process
- Collate feedback from assessment centres and create reports for candidates
- Acts as a focal point for all questions/ feedback sessions in relation to assessment centres from managers, candidates and observers

Skills & Experience

- A proven track record of working in a fast moving recruitment role with demonstrable evidence of managing a high workload
- Strong administration background
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Strong customer focus
- Structured and process orientated approach
- Ability to prioritise and plan effectively

Practical & Technical knowledge

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience of competence and behavioural based assessment and selection
- Good knowledge of recruitment legislation
- Good knowledge of SAP HR would be beneficial

Qualifications

- HNC/ HND or degree preferred
- Relevant recruitment/ HR qualification achieved preferred
