Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
The Role:
Reporting to the Recruitment and Talent Manager, and working closely with the Recruitment Project Leader the purpose of the role is to support the identification of talent internally and externally through coordination, facilitation and moderation of recruitment assessment centres.

Main Responsibilities:

- Organise and prepare assessment centres in line with Recruitment and Talent Delivery Plans
- Facilitate and lead welcome presentation at assessment centres
- Manage the assessment recruitment process and act as a moderator at the assessment centres by validating and coaching managers in the assessment and decision making process
- Collate feedback from assessment centres and create reports for candidates
- Deliver feedback to candidates either face to face or by telephone
- Deliver assessor training to new managers or inexperienced assessors
- Acts as a focal point for all questions/ feedback sessions in relation to assessment centres from managers, candidates and observers

Skills & Experience

- A proven track record of working in a fast moving recruitment role with demonstrable evidence of managing a high workload
- Strong administration background
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Strong customer focus
- Structured and process orientated approach
- Ability to prioritise and plan effectively

Practical & Technical knowledge

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience of competence and behavioural based assessment and selection
- Good knowledge of recruitment legislation
- Good knowledge of SAP HR would be beneficial

Qualifications

- HNC/ HND or degree preferred
- Relevant recruitment/ HR qualification achieved preferred
