The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Reporting to the Recruitment & Talent Manager, the purpose of this role is to support the identification of talent internally and externally through people reviews, succession planning and recruitment processes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (Maximum of 5 relating to products, services etc.)

1.Marketing & Attraction
a) Co-ordinate a plan of career activities on a yearly basis.
b) Co-ordinate and assist at recruitment and career events.
c) Make recommendations and implement branding and advertising interventions for marketing the Company e.g. through social networking, career websites.
d) Liaise with external suppliers e.g. preferred suppliers, advertising agencies, assessment venues to ensure appropriate and cost-effective activity is provided.
e) Liaise with UK based Group to advertise and share available vacancies & Talent.

2. Identification of Talent
a) Interface with Operational HR teams and line managers within customer areas to agree recruitment needs and continually improve levels of service provided.
b) Support the People Review and succession planning process by managing relevant people data, creating talent grids and presentations.
c) Work closely with HR mangers & SAP to identify internal talent, skills and knowledge of current colleagues for suitable roles
d) Conduct UK right to work checks and facilitating fit for work checks where appropriate.
e) Management of psychometric tests for recruitment & development.
f) Co-ordinate and prepare documentation for the Assessment of Potential for internal candidates.
g) Collation and presentation of all Assessment of Potential outcomes and scores.

4. Assessment
a) Organise assessment centres in line with Recruitment & Talent Delivery plans
b) Co-ordinate and Train line managers to become effective assessors.
c) Responsible for co-ordination and facilitation of recruitment and development assessment centres.
d) Manage the assessment centre process and act as a moderator at assessment centres by validating and coaching managers in the assessment and decision making process.
h) Collate feedback from assessment centres and create reports for candidates.
i) Act as a focal point for all questions/feedback sessions in relation to assessment centres from Line Mangers, candidates, observers and the Group.

5. Promotion Rounds
a) Co-ordinate and organise two Promotion Rounds per year for Colleagues identified for promotion.
b) Organise Promotion event including budget management, venue organisation, inviting Colleagues and line managers.
c) Ensure promotion of events through intranet and Inside the Company

6. Deliver effective induction and on-boarding
a) Responsible for co-ordinating and ensuring delivery of company and departmental induction.
b) Responsible for the co-ordination of the on-boarding modules for all new starters.
c) Continually monitor and make improvements to both induction and on-boarding processes.

BUDGETS (includes headcount budget, avg. annual project investment over product lifecycle, other budgets e.g. marketing, training etc.)
- Responsible for monitoring costs for assessment centres, i.e. venues, actors

(such as sales volumes, production volume, number of bought parts etc.)
- Responsible for data protection on information for all Recruitment & Talent activities
- Responsible for document control and process planning for People Review process

1. A proven track record of working in a fast moving recruitment role with demonstrable evidence of managing a high workload
2. Strong administration background
3. Strong communication skills at all levels
4. Strong customer focus
5. Structured and process orientated approach
6. Ability to prioritise and plan effectively

1. Experience of online recruitment e.g i-grasp software experience.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
3. Experience of competence or behavioural based assessment and selection
4. Good knowledge of SAP HR would be beneficial
5. Thorough knowledge of KMIS system or equivalent succession planning tool
6. Thorough knowledge of recruitment legislation

1. Educated to HNC/HND or Foundation degree level
2. Relevant Recruitment/Talent qualification achieved or prepared to achieve this qualification.
3. Trained in IGrasp online recruitment systems
4. Qualified or prepared to work towards BPS Level A & B preferable (ideally SHL trained)

Responsibility for ensuring that local Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed in order to ensure own safety and the safety of others.
