The Role:
The Reliability Unit is targeting to be reliability pacesetter through applying most efficient methods, best practices, and new required technologies to promote equipment reliability and availability at YNGL. Reliability Unit targets best implementation of Total Plant Reliability Management TPRM and execution of plant reliability assessment recommendations. Mastering these programs and systems requires qualified reliability engineers that custody and take charge of overall plant reliability improvement and optimization programs. His duties will include maintain the plant reliability, investigating equipment repeated failures, supporting plant reliability programs, proposing upgrades and reviewing new projects designs.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
A. Degree in Engineering. B . Must have a minimum of 7 years job related experience; a good knowledge of the design and operating functions of facilities and equipment. C. A working knowledge of colloquial Arabic is desirable. D. Must be willing to travel throughout area of operations and frequently commute to job locations in area other than residence.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
The incumbent will be required to do all of the duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer and in addition, the following: A. Coordinates maintenance programs with user units to determine relative priorities and on-time completion of work in critical operating facilities with available work force. B. Assigns maintenance manpower within his assigned area to meet daily changes in operating requirements and priorities. Recommends special work schedules, overtime or contractor participation to meet unusual or emergency situations. C. Plans assigned T&Is field-wide, analyses and sequences all work requests; estimates required manpower, justifying when necessary requests for additional manpower, overtime or extension of unit downtime. Assures that all details of material and equipment are available at jobsite. On major T&Is, he may direct one or more Maintenance Engineer in accomplishing this phase of the work. D.
