The Role:
A key role within the Turbomachinery Solutions and have a significant impact on the go-to-market strategy for services business across Asia pacific/ANZ region. Turbomachinery businesses now has a total product lifecycle mindset including products and services, thus creating a broader and more market-focused portfolio of solutions that will enable to better compete and grow.

Essential Responsibilities TMS mainly serve the upstream market segments including natural gas, off shore, pipeline, LNG and industrial power generation. He / she will be responsible for the growth of entire Turbomachinery services portfolio including OPEX transactional services, upgrades and long term service agreements. He/she will be responsible for the definition and implementation of marketing and commercial strategies in order to increase orders volume and profitability. He / she will report to the TMS Sales Regional General Manager for Asia Pacific.

In particular, the candidate will:

• Driving profitable growth of TMS services business in APAC/ANZ. Annual operating plan in excess of MM US$ 500
• Lead a team of Area sales managers and Technical sales managers based at different locations across the region
• Grow market share and increase TMS penetration in OPEX transactional business
• Drive strong customer focus and value proposition to build long term service agreements and grow extra works and initial stocks
• Promote NPIs, consultative services, fleet rejuvination, modular replacements and multi-vendor capabilities to grow CAPEX
• Build strong relationships with key customers at senior management level
• Co-ordinate the sales activities ensuring the development of O&G brand awareness in the market
• Own and drive the TMS services strategy for the region
• Actively participate in Demand to Inquiry (DTI) process, establishing a systematic business-scouting program with the purpose of identifying existing and new market opportunities
• Identify new market opportunities and cross-selling products
• Management of Local business partners and distributor where applicable
• Drive TMS localization strategy and help build local capabilities in the region

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Engineering Degree or equivalent. MBA or Master's degree will be an advantage
• At least 15 -20 years of experience in sales, strategic planning or commercial roles in turbomachinery related products and services
• Oil & Gas industry understanding and specific expertise
• Customer-centric mind-set, able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable business solutions and to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong influencing and relationship building skills
• Proven track record in leading sales / commercial teams
• Ability to execute and communicate sales strategies in a global environment, to achieve the aggressive sales goals of the company commercial experience and attitude
