The Company:

The Role:
• Provide general administrative support to regional operations and business development personnel, including preparation of proposals
• Organising all travel and related requirements for Aberdeen based personnel
• Maintenance of appropriate filing systems (hard-copy and electronic)
• Maintaining effective tracking record of all UK based personnel on holidays, trips away, sick leaves, etc
• Maintaining stocks of all technical information, leaflets, product literature, stationary and promotional goods
• Assist and support business systems coordinator when required
• Any other reasonable tasks requested by Regional Manager

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
A good general education
Competency in the use of Microsoft Office
Ability to learn quickly
Able to communicate well and work in local "team" situation
High standard of accuracy suitable for clients presentation
Good interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills and initiative, requiring minimum supervision
Ability to prioritise, work under pressure
Experience of booking international travel
